Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter is offering Entrants the chance to win one (1) x $1,000 gift card (Prize) during each Promotional Stage, which run during the dates outlined below. The total maximum prize pool is $6,000.

Each month one winner may select one (1), $1,000 gift card from the following choice of brands: Big W, Bunnings, BWS, Coles, Dan Murphys, Endota Spa, Freedom, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Kmart, Lorna Jane, Mimco, Officeworks, Priceline, Rebel Sport, Red Balloon, Sheridan, The Iconic, Woolworths.
Eligibility
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related entities, and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this competition are ineligible to enter.
To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Stage, complete the online entry form located at https://www.budgetdirect.com.au/landingpages/bottom-line-booster.html, providing responses to all questions. (Eligible Participant).
An Entrant can submit one entry per month and can win more than one Prize from the total Prize pool.

The draws will take place at Suite 12, 285A Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. The eligible winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw, and their names will be published on the terms and conditions page of the Promoter's website at https://www.budgetdirect.com.au/landingpages/bottom-line-booster-winners.html , and will remain on the Promoter's website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days.
The Promoter may conduct further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on 11 June 2021 in order to distribute any Prize(s) that remain unclaimed or forfeited by that date, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of an unclaimed Prize draw, the winner(s) of that draw will be notified in writing within two(2) business days of the draw and their name will be published on the terms and conditions page of the Promoter's website at https://www.budgetdirect.com.au/landingpages/bottom-line-booster-winners.html and will remain on the Promoter's website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days.
Privacy
The Promoter is committed to protecting your personal information and is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter's privacy policy is available on the website www.budgetdirect.com.au and further details of how the Promoter will collect, store, use and disclose personal information can be found there.
Personal information is collected in connection with this promotion for the purpose of facilitating access to the Prize. If the personal information requested is not provided, then a person will be ineligible to participate in this promotion. By participating in this promotion, the Entrant consents to the Promoter disclosing the personal information to Digital Glue Australia Pty Ltd, and to any of the Promoter's related entities, using the personal information to process and validate the Entrant's claim for the Prize, and to arrange delivery to the winning Entrant (if eligible).
General
Digital Glue Australia Pty Ltd ABN 36 127 466 899 (Digital Glue) will issue the e-gift cards on behalf of the Promoter. Prize winners will receive an email within twenty-eight (28) days of the respective draw date from Digital Glue with a link to access the prize-. The winner will then be required to follow the instructions contained in the email and on the website of Digital Glue for access to the E-Gift card (Redemption Process).
Terms and Conditions of the Prizes issued by Digital Glue will be printed on the reward itself and/or available on its website. Check your Prize for usage instructions and expiry date. Any expired Prize cannot be extended or replaced. The Promoter is not responsible for, or liable in respect of, products and services provided by Digital Glue.
In the case of prize(s) requiring postage to an address, the Promoter will request a utility bill (e.g. phone/electricity bill) which clearly displays the same name given to enter the competition in addition to their associated residential address.
This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person from receiving the Prize:
If it suspects fraudulent activity; or
for a breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
if it decides the person has not acted in good faith; or
for any false or misleading conduct of any kind.
The Prize is not reloadable, refundable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter reserves the right at its discretion or subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, withdraw, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
If the offer of the Prize is withdrawn or the promotion is terminated by the Promoter, you will only be eligible to participate if you were an Eligible Participant who entered into the promotion prior to the date of withdrawal or termination of the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with an incentive of the same value.
Except if prohibited by law, these Terms and Conditions may be varied by the Promoter at any time without notice.
