1. Who can enter the competition?

Australian residents aged 18 and above who become members of Luxury Escapes, excluding those listed in clause 3 of the Conditions of Entry.

2. When does the competition close?

The competition starts on August 29, 2023, at 9:00 am AEST and closes on November 22, 2023, at 11:59 pm AEDT.

3. How can I enter the competition?

Visit the Luxury Escapes TV Show landing page for each episode on www.luxuryescapes.com, click the competition banner, and 'spin the wheel' to win a prize. Provide required details and submit the entry page during the Promotion Period.

4. What prizes can I win?

Prizes include luxury travel experiences:
- Six Senses, Fiji (Valued at $10,000 AUD)
- Soneva Kiri, Thailand (Valued at $14,100 AUD)
- Soneva Fushi, Maldives (Valued at $23,300 AUD)
- Park Hyatt, Bangkok (10x prizes, Valued at $16,400 AUD each)
- Atlantis The Royal, Dubai (5x prizes, Valued at $20,930 AUD each)
- Soneva Jani, Maldives (Valued at $36,000 AUD)

5. What is the total worth of the prizes?

The total prize pool is $120,730 AUD.

6. How many entries are allowed?

One entry is permitted per person per fortnightly competition.

7. When are the prize draws?

Draws are conducted as follows:
- Draw #1: September 13, 2023, at 11:00 am AEST
- Draw #2: September 27, 2023, at 11:00 am AEST
- Draw #3: October 11, 2023, at 11:00 am AEST
- Draw #4: October 25, 2023, at 11:00 am AEDT
- Draw #5: November 8, 2023, at 11:00 am AEDT
- Draw #6: November 22, 2023, at 11:00 am AEDT

8. How will winners be notified?

Winners will be notified by email within seven business days of each draw. Winners must confirm receipt of the prize.

9. Can unclaimed prizes be redrawn?

If prizes are not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or an entrant is deemed invalid, a further draw will take place on January 16, 2024, at 11:00 am AEDT.

10. Are there any restrictions on the prizes?

Any ancillary costs related to redeeming the prize are not included. Unused balances won't be awarded as cash. Prize redemption is subject to Luxury Escapes' terms and conditions.

11. Is there a privacy aspect?

Entrants agreeing to the "opt-in" box may receive marketing material from the Promoter. Personal information provided may be used for promotional purposes.

12. What are the general conditions of entry?

Directors, employees, and contractors of the Promoter, as well as associated agencies and retailers, are ineligible to enter. Entries must comply with Entry Procedure and meet Entry Restrictions. The Promoter's decisions are final.

13. What happens if the competition cannot be conducted?

If circumstances beyond the Promoter's control disrupt the competition, it may be amended, suspended, or canceled.

14. Can the Promoter disqualify entries?

The Promoter can disqualify entries and participants engaging in disruptive or misleading behavior.

15. What liabilities are associated with the competition?

The Promoter and its representatives won't be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, except where required by law.

16. How will personal information be used?

Personal information may be used for promotional purposes and disclosed to related bodies corporate and contractors. Privacy principles apply.
