Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 12/03/2015 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 09/04/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase any QV product from a participating Priceline store or pharmacy (“Qualifying Transaction”). For the purposes of this promotion, participating Priceline stores and pharmacies will be any Priceline store or pharmacy in Australia displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period; and then
b) visit www.qvskincare.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, a valid email address, and the full barcode number of the QV product purchased in the Qualifying Transaction), provide an original and creative answer to the promotional question “How does QV keep you feeling fabulous?” in 25 words or less, and submit the fully completed entry form.
PRIZE:
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction/receipt (regardless of the number of eligible products purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction); (b) each entry must be substantially unique; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
