WHO CAN ENTER?The promotion is only open to Australian residents currently residing in Australia who: (a) purchase a Participating Product (as outlined in the table below) during the Promotional Period from a participating retailer; (b) comply with all entry requirements; (c) submit an entry form in accordance with these Terms; and (d) who do not in any way tamper with the entry process.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, related companies, directors, management and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Promotion comprises of two offers:
TCL 6 Months of Movies: Entrants who purchase one of the participating products during the promotional period are eligible to receive a Movie Reward.
Chance to win 1 of 6 TCL 55" Curved UHD Televisions: Entrants who access a promotional code are eligible to enter the draw for a chance to win 1 of 6 TCL 55" Curved UHD Televisions
TCL 6 Months of Movies: To enter, claimants must go online to www.tclmovies.com.au and complete the online entry form providing all requested details; such as name and contact details of the qualifying purchase (full purchase receipt/tax invoice number, retailer of purchase). Once the online entry form is fully completed, entrants must upload a scanned legible image of the original receipt which shows the TCL model purchased, date of purchase and price. All claims must be made within a 21 day period from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt, within final claims being submitted by 11.59pm AEST on October 4th, 2015. No claims will be accepted after this time.
8a.) All Eligible entrants will be sent an email within 14 business days of submitting their claim containing a unique code and instructions on how to download their first two (2) movie vouchers, each valid for a general admission screening to the film Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation, valued at $20 each. The unique must be redeemed within 30 days from the date the code is sent. Movie vouchers will expire on October 8th, 2015 or when the film stops screening, whichever is sooner.
