WHO CAN ENTER?

The Competition is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years and older except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Sponsor and all other companies and agencies associated with this Competition (Entrants).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Competition commences on Saturday 29th of August 2015 at 07:00 AEST and concludes on Friday, 4th September 2015 at 13:00 AEST (Competition Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
a) visit the Channel 9 Facebook page facebook.com/iwakeupwithtoday;
b) follow the prompts to the competition tab page and input the requested details including providing:
i) the Entrant’s full name, residential address, email address and daytime contact number and their Nominee’s full name, residential address and daytime contact number; and
ii) a description in 100 words or fewer of what a new SKODA Fabia would make to the Nominee.
There will be seven (7) prizes awarded in this Competition, one (1) prize awarded to each of the seven (7) Nominees nominated by the Entrants in their entries judged to be the winning entries. It is a condition of being awarded a prize that:
a) the Nominee provides the Promoter with their full name, residential address and a copy of their current Australian driver’s licence prior to the awarding of the prize (subject to paragraph 28);
b) the Nominee agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as if the Nominee was the Entrant; and
c) the Nominee complies with all of these Terms and Conditions applicable to the Nominee.
PRIZE:
One (1) x ŠKODA Fabia Hatch car
• Model variant: as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
- Three (3) cars come with no additional options
- Two (2) cars come with Sports Pack
- Two (2) come with Sports Pack + Panoramic roof
• All cars are Candy White (not metallic)
• Prize includes: standard fittings, registration (including compulsory third
party insurance), stamp duty and on road costs.
• Prize does not include: fuel, comprehensive insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with redeeming and owning the prize.
• Winning Nominees to collect their prize vehicle from their nearest SKODA Australia dealership. Cars will be available for collection in October 2015 and winning Nominees will be notified by the Sponsor when they can collect their prize.
