WHO CAN ENTER?

The Competition is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years and older except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Sponsor and all other companies and agencies associated with this Competition (Entrants).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Competition commences on Monday 1st August 2016 at 06:00 AEST and concludes on Friday 6th August 2016 at 16:00 AEST (Competition Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
There are two ways of entering the Competition. Entrants must, during the Competition Period either:
a) visit the Channel 9 Facebook page facebook.com/iwakeupwithtoday;
b) follow the prompts to the competition tab page and input the requested details
including providing:
c) the Entrant’s full name, residential address, email address and daytime contact number and their Nominee’s full name, residential address and daytime contact number; and
d) a description, in 100 words or fewer, of why the nominated family deserves a new Skoda.
OR
e) email todayskoda@nine.com.au with the Entrant’s full name, residential address, email address and daytime contact number and their Nominee’s full name, residential address and daytime contact number; and
f) b) a description, in 100 words or fewer, of why the nominated family deserves a new Skoda
PRIZE:
There will be seven (7) prizes awarded in this Competition, one (1) prize awarded to each of the seven (7) Nominees nominated by the Entrants in their entries judged to be the winning entries. It is a condition of being awarded a prize that:
a) the Nominee provides the Promoter with their full name, residential address and a copy of their current Australian driver’s licence prior to the awarding of the prize (subject to paragraph 28);
b) the Nominee agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as if the Nominee was the Entrant; and
c) the Nominee complies with all of these Terms and Conditions applicable to the Nominee.
