1. The Edelweiss Challenge competition (Competition) will open on Thebodyshopedelweisschallenge.com.au at 09:00am AEST on Tuesday 20th September 2022 and close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 2nd October 2022 (Competition Period).
2. To enter the Competition, an entrant must[WN1] during the Competition Period:
a. Successfully complete the memory game on Thebodyshopedelweisschallenge.com.au
b. Redeem an Edelweiss Daily Serum Concentrate 7ml sample from a The Body Shop retail store located in Australia.
c. Enter their details (name, email address, city, country) into Thebodyshopedelweisschallenge.com.au (link provided by a The Body Shop retail store staff) to go into the lucky draw.
d. Be an Australian resident who is 13 years or over. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent to enter.
3. Multiple entries will be accepted.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
5. The winners will be selected 9:30am AEST on Tuesday 4th October by The Body Shop Australia. This Competition is a game of chance and winners will be drawn randomly from the pool of eligible entries.
6. The winners will be notified by email on Wednesday 5th October 2022 AEST, with details of how to claim the prize. Should a winner not reply to a winner notification email by 05:00pm AEST on Friday 7th October 2022 The Body Shop Australia may at its sole discretion select a new winner in accordance with the process described above. In that case, no compensation will be payable to the entrant originally selected as a winner.
7. Prize: 7 x Prize packs valued at RRP $309.00 AUD [WN2] of 1x Edelweiss Daily Serum Concentrate 30ml, 1x Edelweiss Eye Concentrate 10ml, 1x Edelweiss Liquid Peel 100ml, 1x Edelweiss Sleeping Mask 75ml, 1x Edelweiss Intense Smoothing Cream 50ml, 1x Edelweiss Cleansing Concentrate 100ml, and 1x Edelweiss Sheet Mask 21ml.
8. Total prize pool: $2,163.00 AUD.
9. The Body Shop Australia reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value, if it becomes necessary to do so, as determined by The Body Shop Australia in its sole discretion.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative to a prize is available.
11. The selection of a winner is final (subject to The Body Shop Australia’s ability to select a new winner if the winner does not reply to a winner notification email from The Body Shop Australia by the date and time stated above), and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Only entries submitted through Thebodyshopedelweisschallenge.com.au during the Competition Period and conforming to these Terms are valid and eligible to participate. The Body Shop Australia does not accept any responsibility for entries that are not properly received due to communications beyond our control or for entries that are incorrectly submitted, incomplete or received outside of the Competition Period.
13. The Body Shop Australia reserves the right to disqualify entries at its absolute discretion.
14. Entries must not contain any obscene, blasphemous or defamatory matter, or any other matter that might bring The Body Shop Australia or its related entities into disrepute.
15. By entering this Competition, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by The Body Shop Australia for the purposes of administering the Competition, for sales and marketing analysis and as otherwise permitted or required by law and in accordance with The Body Shop Australia’s privacy policy. Failure to provide personal information when requested may make an entrant ineligible for participation in this Competition, or ineligible to receive a prize. 18. This Competition and these Terms will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
