To enter the Acer Legendary S7 Contest (“Contest”), a participant must (i) visit the Acer Australia & New Zealand Facebook website (located at https://www.facebook.com/AcerANZ (“Website”); and (ii) click on the Contest link located on the Website and follow the instructions to submit an entry (i.e. enter your name, email address, and answer the following question in 25 words or less: “How would the Acer Aspire S7 make your computing experience Legendary?” (such message, “User Generated Content”). To be eligible for the Contest, participants must be fans of Acer Australia & New Zealand ("Acer ANZ"), which a participant can do by clicking on the “Like” button located on Acer ANZ's Facebook page. If a participant is already a fan of Acer ANZ, you can go straight to the Contest link located on the Website and just follow the instructions to submit an entry. By submitting an entry, participants hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions and the rules outlined in the competition. Each participant may only submit one (1) entry. Participants submitting more than one (1) entry will be disqualified from the Contest.
The Sponsor and its panel of judges will review, judge and select seven (7) winners (individually, a “Winner and collectively, “Winners”) for this Contest based on the creativity, quality of your writing and uniqueness of an eligible participant’s User Generated Content, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The eligible participants that submit the top seven best User Generated Content based on the foregoing criteria will be entitled to receive a main prize (referred to as the “New Zealand Prize", "Interstate Prize" and "Sydney Prizes") as further described below. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit by the Sponsor and its panel of judges. Decisions of the Sponsor and its panel of judges are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Contest and no correspondence will be entered into.
