What is the SodaStream contest, and who can participate?SodaStream Australia PTY Limited is sponsoring a contest from May 1st to May 31st, 2023, called the "Win a Machine Competition." The contest is open to legal residents of Australia who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence. However, the contest is not open to officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of the Contest Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, and members of their immediate families or persons domiciled with them.
How can participants enter the contest?Participants can visit the SodaStream website and register for the contest. Each valid registration will be permitted to submit one (1) entry per person. The entrants must accurately complete all required fields on the registration form to be eligible to win.
What is the prize, and how many winners will there be?The prize for the contest is "A sparkling water maker with 3 flavour bottles," which will comprise of 1xArt sparkling water maker, White + 3 x Lipton Flavours - total value of $190 per winner during the 12 months from receiving a winning notice sent by the Sponsor. There are a total of eight prizes available for participants in Australia, with two winners each week during the Contest Period. The sparkling water maker and flavors and bottle sizes of the prize are subject to the sponsor's discretion.
How will winners be selected and notified?Winners will be selected by representatives of the Contest Sponsor at random four times during the Contest Period. They will be notified via email and prompted by the Contest Sponsor to send a direct message to the Content Sponsor's with proof of Australian and state/territory residency, and contact details required to fulfill the prize – including but not limited to full name, address, email address and phone number the winner possesses. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, declines to accept a Prize, cannot be located or does not respond and comply with the above requirements within 21 days of Notification, the potential winner will be disqualified, and the Contest Sponsor will select another eligible entrant.
What are the conditions applicable to all prizes?Prizes will only be delivered to verified winners who have complied with the contest rules. The winners' addresses provided on registering the Contest will be used for prize delivery. The Contest Sponsor will bear the cost of delivery, but all other costs associated with the taking and use of the prize (including taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, transferred, exchanged, or surrendered for cash, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Sponsor.
