When can participants enter the Sweepstakes?Entries will be accepted online starting on or about March 13, 2023, at 12:00 AM and ending on March 31, 2023, at 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by May 12, 2023, at 11:59 PM (GMT+10:00) Sydney.
How can participants enter the Sweepstakes?Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the sweepstakes page. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.
What prize can participants win?Five winners will be chosen, and each winner will receive 6x 24 TP roll boxes and 6x tissue boxes (each box of tissues then has 6x individual tissue boxes inside). The approximate retail value of all prizes is $1000.
What are the odds of winning?The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
How will winners be selected and notified?Winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection.
What are the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes?By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by the Rules, and they represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. Participants agree to accept the decisions of About A Dog Pty Ltd as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Limitation of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless About A Dog Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.
Disputes: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Australia and NSW, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Any disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in NSW having jurisdiction.
