To be eligible, entrants must:

Hold an active Australian PayPal personal or premier account in good standing (i.e. not restricted, or limited); and

Instant Win: To enter participants must log onto www.paypal.com.au/watchtowin watch the comprehension video in full and enter their Australian PayPal account user name and password during the Promotional Period (Eligible Entrant). There will also be 1,540 Instant Win prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period – each entry has the potential to win an Instant Win Prize. Total maximum value of Instant Win prizes is $24,990.
If an Instant Prize is not claimed, they will be entered into the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
All Eligible Entrants will receive an automatic entry into the Major Prize Draw. A maximum of one entry per person, per Australian PayPal account is permitted during the promotion period
Major Prize Draw: All Eligible Entrants will automatically be entered into the Major Prize draw.
There will be one winner drawn electronically at 2.00pm ADST on 22/10/2014 at Mike Da Silva and Associates (Aust) Pty Ltd ("MDSA") at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.
The first Eligible Entry drawn will receive AUD$10,000 paid to the winner’s PayPal account which was used to enter the Promotion. Maximum value of the Major Prize is AUD$10,000.
