Who can enter the promotion?Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland, and Tasmania aged 18 years or over. Employees, directors, and their immediate families associated with Tropeaka Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
When does the promotion close?The promotion starts at 12:01 AM AEST on 1 October 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 October 2024.
How can one enter the promotion?Entrants can enter the promotion by completing any of the following actions:
- Signing up for the email list on the Tropeaka website, providing their name and email, which grants one entry.
- Signing up for the SMS list on the Tropeaka website, providing their name and mobile number, which grants one entry.
- Making a purchase of $50 AUD or more on the Tropeaka website during the Entry Period, which grants 10 entries per order.
There is no limit on the maximum number of entries per person.
What are the prizes won?The promotion features a total prize pool valued at $10,500. The prizes include:
- Cash Prize: $10,000 cash awarded via bank cheque, PayPal transfer, or electronic funds transfer to the winner's nominated bank account.
- E-Gift Card: 1 x Tropeaka e-gift card valued at $500, redeemable only at the issuing retail partner, subject to their terms and conditions.

When will the winners be notified?Winners will be notified via email and phone no later than 2 business days from the draw date, which takes place on 7 November 2024.
What happens if a prize is unclaimed?If any prize remains unclaimed by the Redemption Date of 7 December 2024, a redraw will occur on 8 December 2024 at 1:00 PM AEST, following the same draw method. Unclaimed prize winners will be notified via email and phone within 2 business days of the redraw.
How are the winners selected?The winners will be determined through an electronic random draw conducted at Tropeaka's office. Each entry has an equal chance of winning. The Promoter's decision regarding the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw results.
