When can people enter the Promotion?The Promotion is open from 00.01 AEDT on May 15, 2023, and closes at 23.59 AEST on June 15, 2023.
How can people enter the Promotion?To enter, participants must make a Qualifying Purchase of a relevant service from any participating Concierge Car Wash business during the Promotion Period. Each Qualifying Purchase automatically grants an entry to the draw, and there is no limit to the number of entries per person.
What prizes can participants win, and what is the total worth of the prizes?The prizes for the Promotion are:
1 x $5,000 Flight Centre Travel Voucher
2 x New iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB (valued at $1,900 each)
2 x Caltex Fuel Cards (valued at $600 each)
The total value of the prizes is $10,000. The prizes include any warranties provided by the manufacturer, but the Promoter does not offer additional warranties or services for the prizes.
When and how will the winners be selected and notified?The prizes will be allocated through a random draw conducted by Trade Promotions and Lotteries, an approved random draw picker. The draw will take place at Suite 501 10-12 Clarke Street, Crows Nest NSW 2065 on June 22, 2023, at 15:00 AEST in the presence of an independent scrutineer. Winners will be announced within seven (7) days of the draw on the Concierge Car Wash website, and they will also be contacted via the provided email address and/or phone number within five (5) working days after the draw.
What are the general terms and conditions of the Promotion?Participants must be aware of the following:
Personal data may be required to participate in the Promotion, which will be handled by the Promoter in accordance with their legitimate interests.
Residents of South Australia, Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and the Australian Capital Territory are ineligible to participate.
Winners consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.
Personal data may be used to keep participants informed about the Promotion and deliver the Prize.
Participants have rights regarding their personal data and can access, rectify, transfer, erase, object to, or limit its processing.
The Promoter's determinations on all aspects of the Promotion are conclusive.
Prizes cannot be transferred, and no substitute awards are offered.
In unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with an equivalent alternative.
Entries submitted through agents, third parties, or incomplete/illegible entries will not be accepted.
The Promoter is not responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues or other causes.
If the prizes are not claimed within thirty (30) days, new drawings will be held, and the process will repeat until the prize is claimed.
