WHO CAN ENTER?

By submitting an entry to the Giveaway Competition (“Competition”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Competition Rules and the decision of Greenstone Home Loans Pty Ltd trading as Real Home Loans (Real), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements stated in these Competition Rules.
This Competition is open to residents of Australia only who are age 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of Real and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. This Competition is governed by Australian law. This Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law. You do not have to apply for a Real Home Loan to enter the competition, but you do need to apply for and settle a new Real Home Loan to redeem the Prize.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Competition, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). You can earn three Additional Entries in the Competition when you send the Competition page to a friend, who is an Australian resident aged 18 or older, by following the Additional Entry instructions on the screen (“Additional Entry”). The friend must enter the Competition through your referral link in order for you to get three additional entries. All entries must be received by 28 October 2015 10:00AM AEST (“Competition Entry Period”). Online entries subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Real’s privacy policy.
PRIZE:
The prize is specifically limited to one fixed reduction in the sum of $10,000 to be applied against the principal amount outstanding on your new Real Home Loan (“Prize”), subject to the following eligibility requirements:
• the Prize is valid for 12 months from the date the Prize is drawn (“Validity Period”), within such time the winner must apply for and settle a new Real Home Loan to redeem the Prize;
• the new Real Home Loan must also be settled within six months of original loan approval for the Prize to be redeemed (“Redemption Period”). Upon expiry of either the Validity Period, or the Redemption Period, the Prize lapses and can no longer be redeemed by the winner;
• the Prize is payable on the date of settlement, or such later date as Real may determine, but in any case not later than 90 days following settlement;
• the Prize will only be awarded to competition entrants who apply for and settle a new Real home loan in accordance with these terms, and will not be awarded for the settlement of a principal increase or the refinance of an existing Real Home Loan, nor will it not apply to a Real Home Loan existing before the Competition End date;
• the Prize will be applied by Real Home Loans to, and as a once-off reduction in, the principal amount of your new Real Home Loan. For example, if the Real Home Loan is approved for $300,000, the principal amount outstanding after application of the Prize, will be $290,000;
