than 25 words) which explains why their living area is most in need of a renovation. For the avoidance of doubt, no photos of areas of the house other than those areas specified in this clause are to be included in the entry.
*Entrants must have all legal rights and all authorities necessary to renovate the living area that is the subject of their entry. The Promoter reserves the right to require the Winner to produce documentation considered suitable for verifying that they have these legal rights and authorities. The living area must be located in a property in Australia.
