8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or over while taking part
in the competition.
b) The entrant may only be accepted to play the competition once
during the promotional period.
9. How to enter
Online
(a) Contestants must register at 96FM.com.au for the chance to take
part in the Perfect Pour.
(b) Two entrants will be selected daily based on suitability for radio by
the promoter to take part in the competition.
(c) The entrants must be able to make their way to the 96FM studios
located at Level 1, 169 Hay Street, East Perth by 6:45am or 7:45am
on their selected day as determined by the promoter.
(d) If the entrant is unable to attend, the spot is forfeited in the
competition.
(e) If the entrant arrives after 6:45am or 7:45am as confirmed by the
promoter, their spot in the competition will be forfeited.
(f) The promoter reserves the right to select a contestant from on the
street at this point if the entrant forfeits. This will be based on
suitability for radio.
Call through:
a) At any point during the competition period the promoter
reserves the right to solicit for callers to take part in the Perfect
Pour.
b) Callers must be available to come to the 96FM studio on the
selected date as allocated by the producer.
c) Callers will be selected based on suitability for radio
10. Limitation on entries One entry during Competition Period. This may include more than one
chance to try the Perfect Pour as determined by the promoter at the
time of contesting.
The promoter reserves the right to open the Perfect Pour for entrants to
trial. At this time it will be known that this is outside the competition
period and therefore no prizing will be eligible to win.
Contestants who have played on air have a stand down period of 14
days before they are able to play again.
Winners will be excluded from future competition entries with the
Perfect Pour.
11. Challenge Details Challenge details:
- Each contesting period the contestant will be challenged to
complete the Perfect Pour.
- The contestant will be required to pull the lever on the 96FM
petrol pump, releasing on exactly $10.00 to be deemed a
winner and receive the major prize of $10,000.
- The winning $10.00 will be only based off the digital screen on
the physical 96FM bowser, as read and determined by the
promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
- The contestant may only release the fuel pump lever once. If
the contestant does this more than once their entry will be
forfeited from the competition.
- At any point the promoter may request the contestant to try
again. This will be at the discretion of the promoter and
advised at time of play. Standard is one chance only.
- At any point the promoter reserves the right to forfeit the
game play due to technical difficulties, weather or other
activity that may impact the safety or integrity of the game.
- At times the promoter may record multiple contestants at
once, for playback at a later date on air. This will be known at
the time of entry.
- The promoter reserves the right to change the difficulty of the
game without notice at any point across the promotional
period.
- The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into.

12. Draw Details Draws will be completed weekly as required by the promoter

13: Prize Details
Major prize: $10,000 cash
14: Total Prize Value Up to $30,000 in cash. The promoter reserves the right to extend this at
any point.
15: Winner Notification
Winners will be notified:
- on air at the time of winning
16. Publication Details Winners will be published on the Station Website ‘WIN’ Page and across
96FM and Paul & Lise social pages.
17: Prize Claim and Delivery
The prize will be paid to a nominated bank account provided by the
winner within 30 days of the winner providing correct details.
18. Prize Claim Date and Time
& Unclaimed Prize Draw
Prize must be claimed within 3 months of winning, or is forfeited.
17. Special conditions By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for
the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and
promotional purposes.
Entrants agree to be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded whilst
participating in the promotion for marketing and promotional purposes,
Entrants grant to the promoter a perpetual, royalty free licence to use
their voice, image and likeness for this purpose on any media in any
format.
The promoter reserves the right to close or extend the promotion at any
points without prior notice.
At any point the promoter may cancel the competition due to
unforeseen weather conditions or technical malfunction. In this instance
no secondary prize will be awarded to a contestant.
The promoter reserves the right not to broadcast your game at the time
of recording. This may be held to play at a later date on 96FM.
