PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences on 08/11/2015 and closes at 23:59 AEDST on 27/11/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
visit the promotion entry page at adventure.intrepidtravel.com where there will be a gallery displaying eight (8) to ten (10) photographs from the Influencers. Every two (2) days a new series of photographs from the Influencers will be uploaded to the promotional entry page for voting;
individuals must then vote for their favourite photograph via the drop down box where they can select the Influencer’s name;
input the requested details (including their full name, country of residence and a valid email address);
agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant tick box; and
submit the fully completed entry form so that it is received during the Promotional Period.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win one (1) x credit with Intrepid Travel up to the value of US$10,000 (AU$13,811, based on current exchange value as at 17:15 AEDST on 14/10/2015) to be used towards any Intrepid trips, accommodation (up to a maximum of two (2) nights of pre and post trip accommodation booked in conjunction with an organised Intrepid trip), and transfers available through Intrepid Travel. The credit can be used for one or two travellers at the winner’s discretion. Credit can be used towards multiple Intrepid trips/accommodations/transfers and airfares with a maximum of US$3,000 towards flights only and US$7,000 towards land arrangements. All Intrepid trips/flights/accommodations/transfers must be booked in one (1) transaction. The entire credit must be used in one (1) transaction. Unused credit is non-refundable and non-transferrable, and cannot be taken as cash. In the event that the Intrepid trips/accommodations/transfers booked by the winner are more than US$10,000, the winner will then be requested to pay the difference. Credit must be used/trips arrangements must be booked by 30/09/2016 and travel must have commenced by 30/11/2016. Travel is subject to trip availability. Intrepid Group loyalty program will not form part of the prize. The value of the credit will be based on the value stated in United States dollars (USD) regardless of any variation in currency exchange rates. If the winner of the US$10,000 resides in United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand or Switzerland, the US$10,000 value will be converted to local booking currency, as applicable (GBP, EUR, CAD, ZAR, NZD, CHF). The total value will be based on exchange rate value at 14/10/2015.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per person every two (2) days (as new rounds of photographs are uploaded for voting, in accordance with clause 6(a) above); (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of five (5) entries permitted per person throughout the Promotional Period.
