The competition will start at 6:00AM (AEST) on Monday 6th August 2018 and close at 11.59PM (AEDT) on Friday 30th November 2018 ("Promotion Period").

Crunch Campaign Competition Terms & Conditions ("Terms")
The competition will start at 6:00AM (AEST) on Monday 6th August 2018 and close at 11.59PM (AEDT) on Friday 30th November 2018 ("Promotion Period").

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must follow all instructions stated on the online entry form and in these Terms.
Entry is open to all Australian residents 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. The winners will be required to verify their identity, residency and date of birth at the time of claiming a prize as well as satisfying the Promoter that the winner's entry has complied with these Terms, which will be determined at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. Employees of the Promoter and its associated companies, and agencies associated with this competition (and relatives of such employees) are ineligible to enter. By entering this competition, you represent that you are eligible to enter.
Entrants can enter:
online at the Promoter's website at www.ybr.com.au/crunch by submitting their details through the competition registration form during the Promotion Period; and
in person by visiting any of the Promoter's branches and applying for a loan through a branch broker during the Promotion Period.
There are two prize draws:
Prize draw 1 for online entrants: Entrants must register their details online to enter the competition to enter the draw for AUD$10,000; and
Prize draw 2 for in person entrants: Entrants must apply for a Yellow Brick Road home loan at any Yellow Brick Road branch during the Promotion Period to enter the draw for AUS$5,000.
Only one entry per prize draw is permitted per person. Entrants who enter more than once will be regarded as having entered once only. Entrants can only enter the competition in their own name.
The competition is a game of chance.
There will be one computerised draw for prize draw 1 and one computerised draw for prize draw 2, which will both take place at 2.00pm (AEDT) on Monday, 10th December 2018 at MDSA, Level 2, 40 Yeo Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 from all eligible entries received in each prize draw, respectively, as outlined in condition 6 of these Terms.
The first eligible entry drawn will win the prize in each prize draw.
The prizes are:
Prize draw 1: a single, once-off payment of AUD$10,000; and
Prize draw 2: a single, once-off payment of AUD$5,000.
The total prize pool is valued at AUD$15,000.
The Promoter will notify the winners by email and phone within 2 business days of the draw (i.e. on or before 12 December 2018) and publish the winner's names on the Promoter's website (www.ybr.com.au) within 2 business days of the draw (i.e. on or before Wednesday 12th December 2018), for a period not less than 28 days. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner's information on its website.
Winners will receive the prize by, at the winner's election, crossed cheque or an electronic payment made into their nominated bank account in the amount of AUD$10,000 to the winner of Prize draw 1 and AUD$5,000 to the winner of Prize draw 2. Maximum retail value of the prizes is AUD$15,000.
The prize and payment is from the Promoter.
Prizes will be delivered to the winners in accordance with condition 14 within 28 days of the draw (i.e. on or before Monday 7th January 2019). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and all other costs associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner, in particular, the Promoter will not be liable for any fees or charges which result from the payment made into a nominated bank account.
If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner to claim fulfilment of the prize within 3 months of the draw, or the winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by condition 19, the Promoter will conduct a computerised re-draw on Friday, 29th March 2019 at the same time and location as the original draw subject to approval by state regulations ("Re-Draw"), and any winner of the Re-Draw will be notified by phone, in writing and published on the Promoter's website (www.ybr.com.au) on Tuesday, 2nd April 2019. If applicable, the prize will be delivered to the Re-Draw winner in accordance with condition 14 within 28 days of the Re-Draw (i.e. on or before 30 April 2019).
All decisions made by the Promoter in relation to all aspects of this competition are final and binding. The Promoter will not be required to enter into any subsequent correspondence or discussion in relation to the decisions made in relation to this competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of identity, residency and/or age before awarding the prize. Proof of identification, residency and/or age considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, in the timeframe required by the Promoter, that winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available always. Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries, or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights (including intellectual property rights) are invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) assumes no liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason; (d) any variation in prize value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of a prize and/or (g) participation in the competition.
All costs associated or arising relating to participating in the competition are the responsibility of the entrants. Any costs associated with accessing the internet are the entrants' responsibility.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to publish and or promote on the Promoter's website, social media sites and/ or blog, relevant details regarding the identity of the winners, which State/Territory they reside in, information on how they may have benefited from the prize and may include photographs of the winners.
The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the competition and where appropriate award the prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant cannot participate in the competition. By participating in the competition, each entrant consents to disclosing their personal information to the Promoter and the Promoter using, and disclosing their personal information to the relevant authorities in the relevant States, the Promoter's related entities, the Promoter's agencies and other third parties engaged to provide services in connection with the competition, for the following purposes:
conducting the competition;
contacting the entrant in relation to the competition;
publishing the winner's names and State / Territory of residence in accordance with these Terms and as required under relevant legislation;
improving the Promoter's or the Promoter's related entities' goods and services; and
in the Promoter's and its agencies' case, the purposes set out in the Promoter's privacy policy https://www.ybr.com.au/privacy-policy).
Each entrant provides this consent until such a time as they withdraw their consent by giving notice to the Promoter. Entrants can also gain access to, update or correct any personal information held by contacting the Promoter at the details listed in condition 2 of these Terms. The Promoter's privacy policy also contains information about how eligible entrants can make a complaint. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter.
The winners may be featured on the Promoter's website, social media sites or blog. It is a condition of accepting the prize that each winner provides the Promoter with any photographs of and/or information regarding how they may have benefited from the redeemed prize for inclusion on its website, social media sites or blog. Decisions on the inclusion of any such features (including but not limited to creative control and date of inclusion) will remain at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
By entering the competition and providing an email address, the entrant thereby agrees to consent to receiving future emails relating to the Promoter's publications, products, services and events.
If for any reason this competition becomes incapable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or interferes with the entry process, disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms, take any reasonable action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to written approval by state regulatory authorities.
