WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex- spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step- parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 01/10/2015 and final entries close at 11.59pm AEDST on 08/11/2015 ("Promotional Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete one (1) of the following entry methods during the Promotional Period:
a) Survey Entry: visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RJR85KV and follow the prompts to complete and submit a unique promotional MWAVE survey. Individuals will receive one (1) entry for completed survey. One (1) entry per person; and/or
b) Purchase Entry: purchase an Eligible Product (defined below) from the online MWAVE catalogue (available at www.mwave.com.au/pr/mwave100k). Individuals will receive one (1) entry for each dollar spent on Eligible Product/s (with any cents value rounding up/down to the nearest dollar). For example, if an individual were to spend $40.20 on Eligible Product/s, they would receive 40 entries, if an individual were to spend $60.60 on Eligible Products they would receive 61 entries, etc.
An "Eligible Product" is any product from one of the following brands: Corsair, Kingston, Asus, Thermaltake, Samsung, Logitech, G.Skill, Seagate, MSI, Tt eSports, GEIL, EpicGear, ANTEC, NETGEAR or NVIDIA Graphics Card.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win that entrant ("Participant”) the opportunity to play a contingency game ("the Game") for the chance to win $100,000.
The Game will take place at Loyalty Marketing, Suite 11, 210 Toorak Road, South Yarra, VIC 3141 at 11:00am AEDST on 27/11/2015. Any and all costs associated with attending the Game are the sole responsibility of the Participant. If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may participate in the Game via telephone whereby they will select a number between 1 and 100 (inclusive) and a representative of the Promoter will select the envelope bearing that number on their behalf. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Participant's behalf.
There will be 100 envelopes on display at the start of the Game. One (1) envelope will contain a promotional message representing $100,000. The other 99 envelopes will each contain a promotional message representing $2,500. The Participant/representative ("Attendee”) must choose only one (1) envelope without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other envelopes on display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified. If the Attendee selects the envelope containing the promotional message representing $100,000, then, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win $100,000. If the Attendee selects an envelope containing a promotional message representing $2,500, then the $100,000 prize will not be given away and, subject to verification by the judges, the drawn Participant will win $2,500. The prize will be awarded as a cheque made payable in the winner's name.
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The drawn Participant's odds of winning the $100,000 prize are 1 in 100. The odds of being drawn as a Participant may be significantly higher than the odds of the drawn Participant winning the $100,000 prize, and will depend upon the number of entries received.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize then the prize will be forfeited.
