Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry.
Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees (and their immediate
families) of the Promoter, their related bodies corporate and companies or
agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the
right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes either has tampered with
the entry process or has submitted an entry which is not in accordance with these
Conditions of Entry.
4. Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 25/6/2018 and closes 11:59pm
(AEST) on 9/8/2018.
5. To enter the draw, participants must: (i) go to itp.com.au/win (ii) book an
appointment to get their tax return lodged with ITP (iii) Choose the game you are
available to attend.
Alternatively an appointment can be booked in person at an ITP office.
6. All website entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the
Promoter’s database NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.
7. Draws will take place for the following games on these dates
Roosters 27th July, Sharks 27th July, Raiders 3rd August, Storm 10th August, West
Tigers 10th August.
8. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received in each draw will
win the prize indicated for that draw.
9. All winners will be notified the day of each draw. Each winner will be notified
by sms, email and (if address was supplied) in person. If the winner cannot be
contacted within 24 hours a replacement winner will be drawn.
Prize includes the opportunity to roll to win $100,000 at half time during the
following games:
August 4 – Sydney Roosters
August 5 – Cronulla Sharks
August 12 – Canberra Raiders
August 17 - Melbourne Storm
August 18 - West Tigers
10. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or redeemable for
cash.
11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of
the prize.
12. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or
incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this
promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable
control of the Promoter, including without limitation technical malfunctions or
failures.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any telephone
network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer
equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at
any web site, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including
any injury or damage to participants’ or any other person's computer related to or
resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned in any
respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the
Promoter reserves the right, subject to the written directions of any relevant
authority, in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the competition.
15. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any
individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these
conditions or any instructions or directions on this web site, or engaged in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper
conduct of the competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or
other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
16. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant’s
responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact
details entered incorrectly on the website will deem the entry to be invalid.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
18. Rules when rolling the dice:
? Dice are to be released at least waist height, so each dice travels a minimum
of five meters before landing on the turf.
? At point of release tan ITP logo must be face upwards.
? Five sides of the dice will have the ITP logo; the other will have one letter (T –
A – X). A winning release has the letters TAX facing upward; any other
combination is an unsuccessful attempt.
? One attempt only per fixture is permitted
? No practice attempts are permitted
? The dice are to remain under the possession and control of Asset Inspect at
all times. At the end of each individual promotion Asset Inspect will retain
possession of the dice.
? The decision of the judge is final and binding and no correspondence will be
entered into.
22. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the
promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not
participate in the promotion. Winners’ names may be published as stated in these
terms and conditions and as required under the relevant legislation.
