HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must enter via the created landing page during the Promotional Period and register to Teva Australia marketable database and complete the competition entry form provided. As part of their entry individuals have the opportunity to invite 3 friends to enter but will not receive a bonus entry for doing so.
Entries open at 10.00am AEDT on 17th July 2017 and close at 12:00am AEDT on 6 August 2017 (‘Promotional Period’).

Information on how to enter and the prize that forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents as of the date of entry, who submit their entry into this promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Employees, managers and directors of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Multiple entries through the entry form are NOT permitted; the use of scripting or any other form of automation is prohibited and will result in any entries submitted on that basis being invalidated.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Entrants can only submit an entry by entering their details via the landing page provided and accepting to receive communications from Teva Australia.
Entries open at 10.00am AEDT on 17th July 2017 and close at 12:00am AEDT on 6 August 2017 (‘Promotional Period’).
One winner will be drawn at 10am AEDT on 7 August 2017.
The Promoter will contact the winner via the provided email address within two business days of the draw.
The Promoter’s decision on all aspects of this promotion is final, but subject to state and territory legislation, and no correspondence will be entered into.

If for any reason a winner does not redeem their prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, 3 months, then the prize will be forfeited.
The prize, in total or any part of is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant or any entries in its absolute discretion; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. For example, the Promoter may disqualify: (a) any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process; (b) any entries that contain material that is obscene, indecent, objectionable, defamatory, libelous or otherwise contravenes an applicable law or infringes any third party’s rights; (c) any entries that the Promoter considers inappropriate for any reason; (d) any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process.
