8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants must be at least 16 years of age and if under 18
years of age, must have permission to enter by a parent or
guardian 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
b) Entrants must be an Australian resident residing in either
NSW, SA, VIC, QLD or WA.
9. How to enter Online entry:
(a) Participants must visit one of the above-mentioned Station
Websites during the Competition Period and fully complete the
online entry form, including by providing their name, email
address, post code and gender.
(b) All subscribers registered to one of the above mentioned
Australian Radio Network station databases by 11.59pm AEST on
Sunday 1st July 2018, will automatically be placed into a random
electronic prize draw.
(c) The Promoter will select five (5) entries and those entrants will
be deemed a winner and receive $1000.00 each.

12. Draw Details Five (5) draws will be conducted, as follows:
- Draw: 11.30am local time on Wednesday 4
th July 2018 at
Australian Radio Network - Level 2, 21-31 Goodwood Street,
Richmond VIC 3121.
13: Prize Details There are up to five (5) prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: $1,000.00
14: Total Prize Value Up to $5,000.00
15: Winner Notification Winners will be notified by Friday 6
th July 2018:

16. Publication Details Winners of prizes may be published on the Station Website ‘WIN’
Page, or any associated social and digital channels.
17: Prize Claim and Delivery The prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account
via electronic funds transfer, or to the nominated bank account of the
winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is under 18 years of age.
18. Prize Claim Date and Time Prize’s must be accepted by 11.59pm local time on Sunday 5
th August
2018. The prize will be deemed ‘accepted’ upon receipt of recipient’s
EFT bank details being supplied to the ARN representative that
contacts the winner to notify them of their win. Failure to accept the
prize by this time will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
17. Special conditions By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a
perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for
the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and
promotional purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Contesting Period at its
absolute discretion; the Promoter reserves the right to terminate the
Competition subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.
