How can you enter the Sweepstakes?To enter the Sweepstakes, you must submit an entry using the online form provided on the Sweepstakes page. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements as specified to be eligible to win a prize. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Care For Kids.
What is the prize of the Sweepstakes?The total worth of the prize is $10,000, which is Up to $10,000/1 Year worth of Childcare. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
How will the winners be selected and notified?Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
