Eligible entrants can enter the competition by voting once per person per category on the RACQ People's Choice for Best Tourism Experience or Service and RACQ People's Choice for Best Accommodation at https://racq.com/peopleschoice. They need to provide their name, telephone contact number, and email address.

What is the prize?
There will be one (1) winner who will receive a WISH eGift Card valued at $1000 (inclusive of GST), and three (3) runner-up winners who will each receive a WISH eGift Card valued at $500 (inclusive of GST). The total prize pool value is $2500 (inclusive of GST).
What happens if the winner and/or runner-up winners can't be contacted?
If the winner and/or runner-up winners are unable to be contacted within two weeks of the draw, a redraw will occur. The redraw winner will be notified by telephone using the telephone number provided when they entered the competition.
Is the prize transferable or redeemable for cash?
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
How will personal information be used?
Entrants' personal information will be used by the Promoter for conducting the competition and periodically informing entrants about the goods and services provided by the Promoter and related entities. The Promoter may use or disclose entrants' personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in accordance with its privacy policy.
What happens if the competition cannot be conducted as intended?
If the competition cannot be conducted as intended due to various reasons, including technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, cancel, modify, or suspend the competition.
What is the governing law for this competition?
The laws of Queensland govern the Promoter's competitions.
