SECTION 20 – CLOTHING FITTING TOLERANCE
There might be a slight fit and feel difference in the same size across different colours. When it comes to colouring, some colours require more colouring, dye, settling time, than others. This is where the fabric feel 'might' feel a little different across some colours. This is where the fit 'might' feel a little different in the same size in different colours. We ALWAYS suggest to size up if you are in-between sizes to ensure the items are a comfortable and flexible fit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muscle Nation is not liable for these variants and deviations.
SECTION 21 – CUSTOMS
Countries outside of Australia (not including NZ or the US) may be subject to additional duties to be paid.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, may inform you of the additional duties.
If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned to the Muscle Nation warehouse and refunded. A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
By law, Muscle Nation is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.
SECTION 22 – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all supplements to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays.
If, by chance, the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the returned goods. The refund will be calculated as Total Cost, Less Shipping.
We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders’ progress.
We do not have a reship policy.
Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility to be aware of your own country’s import laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your country’s Customs process. If any Customs authority does not return the products to us we cannot issue the refund to you.
If your order is denied entry into your country, we strongly advise attempting to have the items sent back to us and we will refund your order, less the cost of shipping.
SECTION 23 – PRE-SALE CONDITIONS
By opting in and paying for an item purchased on pre-sale, you understand and accept this product will be allocated to you and shipped in the noted month. We do not offer refunds on pre-sale items. If you do wish to cancel your pre-sale order, you agree and understand you will need to cover a cancellation fee of 20% of value of the product.
SECTION 24 - STUDENT DISCOUNT
When applying a student discount code to your order please note that these codes are unable to be redeemed on any products already discounted individually or as a set and/or bundle. Further, a student discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.
SECTION 25 - RETURN TO SENDER - DOMESTIC ORDERS
If your tracking information shows your parcel is being 'Returned to Sender (RTS)', it is likely the courier has encountered an issue with finalising your delivery, or multiple deliveries have been attempted without success. It can also indicate your parcel has been awaiting collection from a post office or parcel collection for an extended period of time.
When RTS packages are received at our warehouse, we will contact the customer as soon as practicable and may provide solutions for redelivery. Please note, additional redelivery costs may be required in some scenarios. If we do not receive a response from the customer within 5 working days of us contacting the customer, we will proceed to cancel the order and issue a store credit for the value of the purchase, less the original shipping cost.
