Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who are a parent or legal guardian, immediate family member or associate of the family of a child aged between 1 week to 13 years of age. Entrants who are not a parent or legal guardian of a child must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian of the child in order to enter this promotion with a photograph of that child. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Virgin Money (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 75 103 478 897 (“Virgin”) and agencies, including associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The promotion commences at 12:00 (AEDST) on Thursday 6 November 2014 and closes at 17:00 (AEDST) on 5 December 2014 (“Promotional Period”). The draw will take place at Bauer Media, 54 Park Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 on 12 December 2014 at 11.00(AEDST). The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw, using the contact details provided in their entry. The winner’s name will be published in the public notices section of The Australian on 18 December 2014.

HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, log on to www.womansday.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion page, input the request details, including their full name, daytime telephone number and current valid email address and the full name and their relationship to the child featured in their entry, upload the photograph of the nominated child and submit the entry as instructed. Uploaded files must be submitted inJPEG format and must not exceed 3MB file size.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. For the removal of doubt: (a) the same child may be featured/nominated in multiple entries submitted by various entrants; and (b) the entrant will be deemed to be the person who submitted the entry, not the child featured in the entry.
PRIZE:
The first (1) valid entry drawn from all valid entries received will win: $2,000, awarded in the form of a cheque made payable to the winner.
Total prize pool value is $2,000 (including GST). Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable.
