How can you enter the Promotion?
To enter online, go to www.youngsmoty.com.au and follow the instructions on the competition entry page. Fill out the entry form with your full name, mailing address, email address, and daytime telephone number during the Promotional Period.
How many entries are allowed per person?
Only one entry per person is permitted.
What are the requirements for a valid entry?
The entry must be submitted on time and complete. Late or incomplete entries will be ineligible. Entries deemed inappropriate by the Promoter will also be ineligible.
Can the Promoter verify the validity of entries?
Yes, the Promoter has the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, including their identity, age, and place of residence. The Promoter can disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that doesn't comply with the terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter's failure to enforce its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
Who is responsible for lost or misdirected entries?
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected mail enclosing an entry or for entries not being received for any reason.
Are there any costs associated with entering the Promotion?
Any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including data costs, are the responsibility of the entrant.
When and where will the draw take place?
The draw will take place on 1st June 2023 at 11:00 AEST at Wheels Media, Unit 9, 3-5 Gilda Court, Mulgrave VIC 3170.
How will the winners be determined?
The Promoter will conduct a random draw on the draw date to determine the winner(s) from valid entries. Reserve winners will also be drawn in case the original winner is invalid or ineligible. If all prizes are not awarded, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted later.
What is the prize?
The first valid entry drawn will win AUD2,500.
How will the winners be notified?
The winner will be notified by telephone and email within 7 business days of the draw. The winner's name will also be published on www.youngsmoty.com.au on 1st June 2023.
What happens if the winner does not claim the prize?
If the winner does not claim the prize at the specified time, it will be forfeited.
What happens to unclaimed prizes?
An unclaimed prize draw will be held on 1st June 2023 to distribute any unclaimed prize(s). The winner from this draw will be notified in writing within 7 business days and their name will be published on www.youngsmoty.com.au for 28 days.
