WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are able to host a photo-shoot in their home between 04/09/2015 and 18/09/2015 (on an exact date specified by the Promoter), if drawn as the winner.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its associated companies, participating stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 02/08/2015 and ends at close of business on 29/08/2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
purchase any Eternity Inception carpet (any amount of any value) from any participating Choices Flooring store in Australia for their home (“Qualifying Purchase”). Participating Choices Flooring stores are any Choices Flooring stores within Australia, which display advertising for this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, a Qualifying Purchase must be made for a residential home to be eligible for this promotion; and then
complete the official entry form (available in-store), including all of the requested details (a valid email address, telephone number, full residential address and the Qualifying Purchase receipt number), tick the box on the entry form to indicate acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and hand the fully completed entry form to a staff member in-store.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn will win AU$20,000 cash (awarded in the form of a cheque made payable in the winner’s name) and a one (1) day photo-shoot for a feature in the Inspiring Choices 2016 magazine (to take place sometime between 04/09/2015 and 18/09/2015) valued at AU$1,000. The photo-shoot will take place within the winner’s home (in the room/s featuring the Eternity Inception carpet purchased in the Qualifying Purchase) and may also feature the winner. The images from the photo-shoot (as selected by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) will be featured in the Inspiring Choices 2016 magazine (launching February 2016). The winner must provide access to their home for the Promoter and all relevant parties conducting the photo-shoot and must allow the Promoter and its representatives to style the relevant room/s (and winner, where applicable). The exact photo-shoot date and time will be determined by the Promoter in agreement with the winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the date/time. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to have their Eternity Inception carpet (as relevant to their Qualifying Purchase) installed before the date of the photo-shoot, otherwise, any such winner will be invalidated and will forfeit all elements of the prize. The winner acknowledges that all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in all photographs and other content produced during the photo-shoot will vest and remain with the Promoter and/or its agents.
