What are the terms and conditions?
The lottery is conducted under provisions of the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1999, Lotteries and Arts Unions Amendment Act 2007, and the Charitable Fundraising Act 1999. If the lottery sells out or if payment is received after the draw date, your payment will be automatically entered into the next lottery, and you will receive new ticket numbers once the lottery starts and the payment is processed. Prizes must be redeemed within 1 month of nomination, subject to availability. The car is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The maximum number of tickets to be sold in Victoria is 70,000.
