Prizes for this competition are:
20 x $250 Experience Oz Gift Vouchers
(Vouchers valid on all Queensland Experiences only). Flights and travel expenses are not included. The winners MUST be over 18. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from receiving date.
The competition will commence on Monday, 8th February 2021 at 10 AM AEST and will close on Friday, 19th March 2021 at 11:59 PM AEST
The winning entries will be selected based on skill and creativity of each entry in response to the following: ‘Tell us in 50 words or less why you can't wait to experience a long weekend in Queensland?’. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Only one entry per person as stipulated on the website’s entry page.
Each winner will be notified via email and have 48 hours to respond before an alternative winner is chosen.
The prizes are NOT redeemable for cash or transferable.
Any attempt to resell or auction all or part of a prize will result in immediate cancellation of the prize. Prize cannot be exchanged for another itinerary. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does use the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
Ticketmates (Experience Oz) shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Experience Oz website.
Ticketmates (Experience Oz) also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
Employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
The promoter and TEQ shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
