(a) representatives of the Promoter will have up to three (3) predetermined trivia questions for
each On-Air Challenge;
(b) the Selected Entrants will be asked to answer three (3) questions on air, using their suburb they
live in as their buzzer within a specified period of time (as specified by the Promoter);
(c) the Selected Entrant to say their suburb first when asked a question (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will have up to three (3) seconds to answer that
question;
(d) the Selected Entrant must answer the question correctly to be awarded one (1) point. If the
Selected Entrant does not answer the question correctly, or fails to answer within the three (3)
second time period, the other Selected Entrant participating in the On-Air Challenge will
automatically be awarded one (1) point;
(e) the Promoter will continue this process for each On-Air Challenge until the three (3) questions
have been asked;
(f) the Selected Entrant with the most points (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) will
be deemed the winner of the relevant contesting spot and will be awarded a Minor Prize,
one (1) entry (being an entry for the region corresponding to their suburb) into the Party
Location Draw, and one (1) invitation to attend the Final Show Party (and be entered into the
Major Prize Draw);
(g) in the event of a tie-breaker, one (1) tie-breaker question will be asked to the Selected
Entrants, using their suburb as their buzzer (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and
absolute discretion);
(h) the first Selected Entrant to use their suburb as their buzzer must answer the tie-breaker
question correctly within (3) seconds otherwise the other Selected Entrant participating in the
On-Air Challenge will automatically be awarded one (1) point and will be deemed the
winner of that contesting spot and awarded a Minor Prize, one (1) entry (being an entry for
the region corresponding to their suburb) into the Party Location Draw, and one (1) invitation
to attend the Final Show Party (and be entered into the Major Prize Draw);
(i) the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to a Selected
Entrant during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
Party Location Draw
The Party Location Draw will determine the region of Brisbane (North, South, East or West) that the Final
Show Party will be located in (exact location within that region to be determined by the Promoter in its
sole and absolute discretion). The final Breakfast Show of the year (and the Final Show Party) will be
held at this location between 6:00am and 9:00am AEST on Friday 7 December 2018.
Each winner of a Minor Prize (via the Entry Method above) will be awarded one (1) entry into the Party
Location Draw corresponding to the Brisbane region relevant to their suburb. For example, if a Minor
Prize winner’s suburb is Morningside, their entry into the Party Location Draw will be ‘East’.
The Party Location Draw will be conducted between 7:00am and 9:00am AEST Wednesday 5
December 2018.
The first valid entry drawn from the Party Location Draw will determine which region of Brisbane the
Final Show Party will be located in.
Entry into the Wildcard Draw
Members of the public may attend the Final Show Party (at the location determined by the Party
Location Draw, and announced on air by the Promoter) between 6:00am and 7:30am AEST on Friday 7
December 2018 for the opportunity to enter the Wildcard Draw. To enter the Wildcard Draw, entrants
must fully complete the entry form and register their details in the manner required and submit their
entry to a representative of the Promoter by 7:30am AEST at the Final Show Party (as determined and
advised by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
All valid entries into the Wildcard Draw received by 7:30am AEST Friday 7 December 2018 will be
placed into the Wildcard Draw.
The Promoter will conduct the Wildcard Draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
The first valid entrant drawn from the Wildcard Draw must make themselves known to a representative
of the Promoter within two (2) minutes of their name being drawn from the Wildcard Draw to redeem
their entry into the Major Prize Draw. Failure to do so means that they will forfeit their entry to the Major
Prize Draw and the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will invite the next valid entry drawn
from the Wildcard Draw to receive an entry into the Major Prize Draw.
Final Show Party and Major Prize Draw
On Friday 7 December 2018 the Promoter will conduct the Final Show Party between 6:00am and
9:00am AEST at the location determined by the Party Location Draw, and announced on air by the
Promoter, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.
Minor Prize winners from the On-Air Challenges must attend the Final Show Party and successfully
register their attendance with a representative of the Promoter by 7:30am AEST (as determined and
advised by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) in order to be entered into the Major Prize
Draw.
At the Final Show Party, the Promoter will conduct the Major Prize Draw in accordance with the Draw
Details set out below.
The first valid entrant drawn from the Major Prize Draw must make themselves known to a
representative of the Promoter within two (2) minutes of their name being drawn from the Major Prize
Draw to redeem the Major Prize. Failure to do so means that the entrant will forfeit the Major Prize and
the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will invite the next valid entry drawn from the Major
Prize Draw to make themselves known to a representative of the Promoter within two (2) minutes and
be deemed the Major Prize winner.
10. Entry Restrictions Entrants who were Minor Prize winners in an On-Air Challenge must attend the Final Show Party and
successfully register their attendance with a representative of the Promoter by 7:30am AEST (as
determined and advised by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) in order to be entered into
the Major Prize Draw.
Entrants into the Wildcard Draw must be present at the Final Show Party between 6:00am and 7:30am
AEST and must register their details with a representative of the Promoter and be entered into the
Wildcard Draw (as described in Entry Method above).
Replacing Phone-In and On-Air Entrants
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted, or is otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear
on-air, or their phone line drops out or is inaudible, the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion)
may replace that entrant by contacting/selecting another entrant and inviting them to appear on-air
or participate in an on-air game or challenge (where applicable). The Promoter will repeat this process
until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air or
participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge (where applicable).
Calling in and speaking to Promoter
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not
mean they have been selected as an entrant or a winner (where applicable) and they may not be
invited to appear on-air or participate in the relevant on-air game or challenge or be awarded a prize
(where applicable).

1 Schedule and Terms of Entry
(a) These Terms of Entry must be read together with the Schedule
for this Promotion. The Schedule defines certain terminology
used in these Terms of Entry. By entering the Promotion,
entrants accept these Terms of Entry.
(b) To the extent of any inconsistency between the Schedule and
these Terms of Entry, the Schedule prevails. For the avoidance
of doubt, the Promoter’s General Terms of Entry (available on
the relevant Website) do not apply to this Promotion.
2 Eligible Entrants
(a) Eligible States and Territories. Entry is open only to residents of
the Eligible States and Territories specified in the Schedule
(refer to checked boxes) who comply with the Age
Restriction.
(b) Associated persons and entities. Directors, officers,
management, employees and other staff (and the immediate
families of directors, officers, management, employees and
other staff) of the Promoter or of its related bodies corporate,
or of the agencies or companies associated with this
Promotion or of any Australian commercial radio broadcaster
are ineligible to enter.
One (1) Major Prize Draw will be conducted, as follows:
• Between 8:00am and 9:00am AEST Friday 7 December 2018 at the Final Show Party.
The first valid entry drawn (who complies with the Entry Method above) will be awarded the Major
Prize.
The exact location of the Final Show Party will be determined by the Party Location Draw and
