Terms and conditions of Dr Cabot Spring Cleanse 2018 Travel Voucher Giveaway
- The promoter of this competition is Health Direction Pty Ltd whose office is at 19 Little Street, Camden, NSW, 2570 Australia. +61 2 4655 8711. Referred to in these terms and conditions as ‘Health Direction’.
- Employees of Health Direction or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Entry to the competition and details of how to enter are via the Dr Cabot Cleanse website www.drcabotcleanse.com/sctvg2018/
- Closing time for entry will be 23:59:59 on 30th November 2018. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- The rules of the competition are as follows: To enter the competition, entrants must complete the online form at www.drcabotcleanse.com/sctvg2018/ and subscribe to our newsletter. Only Australian residents, aged 18 years and over, are eligible to enter the competition. The competition is active between Thursday 16th August & Friday 30th November 2018. Entries will only be accepted between the time of competition posting and 23:59:59 of the final day.
- Health Direction reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice, or in the case of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Health Direction’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Health Direction.
- Health Direction is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
- The winner will be selected by Dr Sandra Cabot and a panel selected from the Health Direction team of Naturopaths and Nutritionists from all entries received and verified by Health Direction and or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by email using the email provided in their entry within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner/winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Health Direction will notify the winner when, where and how the prize can be claimed.
- Health Direction can only post the prize to Australian addresses.
- Health Direction’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current privacy legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The winner’s name will be available by request 7 days after the closing date by sending an email to contact@drcabotcleanse.com
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

PRIZES: There will be a total of one (1) winner of one (1) $2500 Travel Voucher, two (2) winners of (1) $500 Travel Voucher and ten (10) winners of one (1) Dr Cabot 15Day Cleanse valued at RRP$119. The Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for Prizes. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitution or transfers of the Prize will be allowed. Winners will be contacted for the best delivery address for Prizes to be posted to.
