Who can enter the Mortgage Choice promotion?

Entry is open to any Australian resident who is 18 years and over.

The promotion starts on 03/03/25 at 09:00am AEDT and ends on 23/05/25 at 11:59pm AEST.

How can one enter the promotion?

To enter, participants must attend an appointment with a Mortgage Choice broker during the promotional period. Only one eligible entry per person, couple, or group is permitted.

What is the total prize pool amount?

The total prize pool is AUD $50,000.00.

What are the prizes and their details?

The major prize is a luxury holiday voucher worth $25,000, and there are five minor prizes each worth $5,000, totaling five vouchers for different state groups (NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, QLD, WA, and SA/NT).

How will the winners be determined?

Winners will be selected through a computerized random selection draw on 28/05/25 at 12:00pm AEST. The major prize winner will be the first valid entry drawn, while the minor prize winners will be the first valid entries drawn from each state group.

How will the winners be notified?

Winners will be contacted in writing within seven days of the draw and their names will be published online by 04/06/25.

What are the conditions for claiming prizes?

Prizes must be claimed by 30/06/25 at 12:00 pm AEST. If a prize is unclaimed, it will be redrawn on 01/07/25 at 12:00 pm AEST.

Are there any costs associated with redeeming the prizes?

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the vouchers are not included. Unused voucher balances will not be awarded as cash.

What happens if a winner cannot be contacted?

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within the specified time, they forfeit the prize, and the Promoter will redraw the prize.

What legal conditions apply to the prizes?

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value if necessary.
