Taking part in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This competition commences on or around 09:00 AEDT on 20 November 2020 and closes on or around 17:00 AEDT on 21 December 2020 (‘Promotional Period’).

The prize is 1 x AUD $3,000 worth of units in one of these BetaShares exchange traded products (“Funds”), as chosen by the winner:
BetaShares Australia 200 ETF (ASX: A200)
BetaShares NASDAQ 100 ETF (ASX: NDQ)
BetaShares Ethical Diversified ETF range (ASX: DZZF, DBBF, DGGF)*
BetaShares Diversified All Growth (ASX: DHHF)*
BetaShares S&P/ASX Australian Technology ETF (ASX: ATEC)
BetaShares Active Australian Hybrids Fund (managed fund) (ASX: HBRD)
Entrants must note that the Fund units will be valued at AUD $3,000 at the time of purchase. Between the date of purchase and date the Prize is allocated to the winner, the value of the units may be higher or lower than AUD $3,000 due to movements in their market value.
To be eligible to win, each entrant must:
have supplied a valid email address and their correct contact details;
have confirmed they have a trading account with a valid CHESS Holder Identification Number (‘HIN’);
be at least 18 years old; and
live in Australia.
Entrants that do not meet the requirements in paragraph 5 will be removed from the Prize draw.
Entrants will receive 3 additional entries for each person they refer that enters the competition via the unique link provided upon completing the competition entry form.
The Prize will be drawn by a barrel draw at BetaShares’ office at 12:00pm on 23 December 2020.
The winner of the Prize will be notified via email by a BetaShares representative on 23 December. The winner will be required to provide personal information for validation (e.g. their name, address and HIN) and to facilitate allocation of the Prize to their account (i.e. their HIN). The Prize cannot be allocated to the winner unless the name and address provided on the entry form matches the name and address registered to the winner’s HIN.
If the Prize remains unclaimed, or cannot be allocated to the winner due to non-provision of complete HIN information, after 3 months of completion of the Promotional Period, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn in paragraph 8.
Entrants should note that:
holding any BetaShares Fund units gives rise to specific risks and the value of the units may go down as well as up;
there are tax implications associated with receiving distributions and disposing of Fund units; and
BetaShares is not licensed to provide personal financial advice to any entrant or the Prize winner.
Before making an investment decision, entrants should obtain and read a copy of the relevant Product Disclosure Statement (and Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement as relevant) ('PDS') and obtain financial advice in light of their individual circumstances; and

No correspondence will be entered into. BetaShares’ decision is final.
Directors and employees of BetaShares, including their immediate families, its agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

Any information entrants provide will be used by BetaShares for the purpose of conducting this competition.
