How is the winner chosen and notified?
The prize draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025, at the Zoom office. The winner will be selected randomly by a computerized system. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing via email within 48 hours of the draw to arrange prize delivery. If the winner is overseas and cannot be contacted, Zoom will attempt to reach them again upon their return. If contact cannot be established within 7 days of their return, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place. Winners of any redraws will also be contacted by telephone and email within 48 hours to confirm prize delivery.
