What is the promotion about?The promotion is a competition to win four tickets to either the Sydney or Melbourne Affordable Art Fair valued at up to AUD $45 each.
Who can enter the competition?Australian residents aged 18 years or over can enter. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family and other persons associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
How can I enter the competition?You can enter online by going to homebeautiful.com.au/artfaircompetition and following the prompts to the competition entry page. At the competition entry page, you submit an online entry by completing the entry form (including your full name, mailing address, email address, daytime telephone number, and an answer to the competition question in 25 words or less: “What excites you about contemporary art?”) and submitting the entry as instructed during the Promotional Period. Only one entry per person will be permitted.
When can I enter the competition?The promotion commences on 01/05/2023 and ends at 12:00 AM AEST/AEDST on 05/06/2023 (“Promotional Period”).
What are the terms and conditions of the competition?The entry must not be late, incomplete, indecipherable, incomprehensible, illegible, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, capable of violating any law, or capable of giving rise to civil liability. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
How will the winner be chosen?The promotion is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary, artistic, and creative merit. The judges’ decision will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
What is the total worth of the prize?The total prize pool is valued at up to AUD $180.00 (including GST).
