SKYNTERVENTION is offers a total skin transformation, which aims to demonstrate how brilliant and natural results are achievable in cosmetic aesthetic treatments.
Over 6 months in 2016, one lucky person will receive a bespoke treatment package from SKYN, to improve and address their skin concerns including:
+ Up to $5,000 worth of treatments and products from SKYN
+ An initial consultation with Dr Jass Narulla to assess their skin concerns, and develop a plan for a series of treatments at SKYN.
+ Regular follow up consultations with Dr Jass and our Professional Dermal Clinicians.

Professional photos will be taken of the Winner before and throughout treatment and used on our website and our social media, you will need to sign a release form each time we use a photo of you.
Up to $5,000 is valid on the recommended treatments and products determined in the initial consultation with the winner and Dr Jass Narulla. Your consultation with Dr Jass Narulla will be bulk billed.
Depending on your skin conditions and the recommendations the total value of the program may be less than $5,000.
The treatment program will take place at SKYN Nedlands clinic, and all sessions will need to be pre-booked by the Winner in advance.
No other discounts or offers apply, and any remaining balance is forfeited.
The Winner must be ready to start treatment as early as 20/02/16, and be available until 20/08/16 for at least one session per month during SKYN opening hours.

All parts of the treatment program will be determined by the Winner and Dr Jass Narulla, in the initial consultation.
The Winner cannot swap or change parts of the program (treatments or products) unless recommended by Dr Jass Narulla.
?Products? refer to the range of ZO? Skin Health Inc at SKYN. The Winner may or may not be recommend products. The prize value can only be used for the product(s) and quality that is recommend by SKYN.
The Term & Conditions of this competition may change at any time. The Entrant or Winner will be notified of any changes via email and will have the option to remain in the competition or retract the entry.
Entrants must be 21 years of age to enter, and live in Perth. Entrants will be required to provide various personal details.
Entrants must enter online at skyntervention.com only. In completing the competition entry, entrants will be required answer certain questions.
Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry to the competition is free (excluding Internet connection charges) and persons may enter once only. Entry is open to all Australian residents except employees or Agency?s (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated companies.
The competition commences on 8/01/16 and closes at 12:00pm WST Friday 12/02/16. Entries not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions or submitted after the closing date will not be considered. The judge?s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.
The winner will be selected on 12/02/16 at 3:00pm WST at 187 Stirling Hwy, Nedlands WA 6009. The winner will be notified by email. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner?s name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
The judge?s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.
Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winner releases the Promoter from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration or non-receipt of entrant?s communications.
