Terms & Conditions – Win $5,000 Cold Hard Cash
All terms form the conditions of entry.  Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. The promoter is PokitPal Pty Ltd (ABN 49131686167).  This competition is in no way endorsed, sponsored or administrated by, or in association with social media brands Twitter or Facebook.  The “$5,000 Cold Hard Cash” competition period will run from Feb 8, 2014 until May 1, 2014.  During the competition period, PokitPal app users using in app share functionality via social media will receive an entry to the competition.  The competition is available to all PokitPal users on either iPhone or Android.  Users can share the PokitPal app itself or share mobile discount vouchers.
There is a maximum of two share entries per user per day.  Entries will be added to the unique account registered with the PokitPal app.  The winner will be notified by email on the 1st of May, 2014.  The prize total is 5,000 Australian dollars, and will be provided to the winner via an electronic banking transfer. The winner must respond and accept the $5,000 prize within 48hrs of email notification.  If PokitPal does not receive a response within the 48hrs a redraw will take and a new winner will be notified.  This process will be repeated until a winner is found.
The lucky winner will be announced via the PokitPal News’ Channel and on the PokitPal Facebook Page during May, 2014.
