(b) input the details requested including their full name, valid email address, Australian post code, name of their Internet Service Provider;
(c) agree that they may be contacted by the Promoter and / or the partner Internet Service Providers  who distribute the Fetch TV Service (Partner ISPs);
(d) like the facebook page facebook.com.au/fetchtv; and
(e) submit the fully completed entry form.
