Who Can Enter
Entry is open to residents of Australia 18 years or over except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin. The Promoter is Puzzles4Fun of PO Box 800, Bondi Junction, NSW 1355.
How to Enter
If you received an entry form via mail, entrants may enter the competition by completing the puzzle and writing the answer to the questions on the official entry form. You can place the entry form in an envelope and return it free of charge to: Reply Paid/ PO Box 790, Strawberry Hills, NSW 2012 ; alternatively, you can enter online at www.puzzles4fun.com. Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed to be invalid. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned.
Number of Entries Permitted
All entrants may enter as many times as they like but only one prize will be awarded per person. However, minor prize winners will also have a chance at winning the major prize.
Opening, Closing, Draw, and Notification Date
Entry for the $5,000.00 AUD competition opens on September 15, 2014 at 00:01 AEST and closes on September 14, 2015 23:59 AEST. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the puzzle closing date. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at the Promoter?s premises on September 30, 2015 at 9.30am. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning the major prize. The winners will be notified by mail within 2-5 days of the draw date.
Free Play
Entry for the Australian Lotto 6/45 Division One Prize Pool Free Play competition opens on September 15, 2014 at 00:01 AEST and closes on October 26, 2015 23:59 AEST. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the puzzle closing date. The Australian Lotto 6/45 Division One Prize Pool is eligible to win the first-place prize only. The Prize Pool will play 1,000 sets of pre-assigned lotto numbers in the October 31 Superdraw. In order to win, the six main winning numbers in the draw must be matched. The group of participants in the Prize Pool will vary based on response. Division One Prize winners will be notified immediately and prize winnings will be divided equally among all participants. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers shown here and the actual numbers played, the latter shall prevail.
Prize on Offer
The total prize value is up to $5,000.00 AUD. For any cash prizes, the name on the entry must match that of an eligible bank account to which a cheque can be cashed. All prize values are in Australian dollars. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to send cheques in the names as specified on the original entries. Winning entries with only a family name or reference to a family as the entrant cannot be cashed by banks.
