Answer the multiple-choice question to go into the draw to win one (1) of three (3) prizes. Maximum prize pool value is up to AUD$8,500 in lots of AUD$5000, AUD$2500 and AUD$1000.
Prizes are Future Cruise Credits. 1st prize is AUD$5,000 credit, 2nd prize is AUD$2,500 credit and 3rd prize is AUD$1,000 credit. Winners can choose any cruise sold by Cruiseco departing in 2021 anywhere in the world and is valid for two (2) people in one (1) cabin only on one (1) cruise with a duration of seven (7) nights or longer.
Not applicable on all cruise lines. Cruise lines that are exempt are Viking Cruises, Disney, Virgin and Scenic.
Prizes must be redeemed through Cruiseco directly and not through any other 3rd parties or direct with the cruise line
Prizes are for new bookings only and cannot be combined with any existing cruise credit or booking already held by the winners
Credit must be used and cruise booked by 28 February 2021 for departures up to and including 31 December 2021.
The prizes do not include passports, airport lounges, transfers, international flights or pre/post cruise accommodation. Travel to and from the cruise is at passengers expense, as is additional expenses like meals, fuel, shore excursions and insurance.
We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to travel, as it is not included. A valid passport is required for all international journeys.
It is the responsibility of the individual to advise of any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements upon booking your cruise holiday with Cruiseco.
If the winner is unavailable to travel during 2021 – the prize will be forfeited and neither cash nor another prize will be awarded in lieu of the forfeited prize
Standard terms and conditions of travelling with the cruise line chosen and with Cruiseco, The Cruise Specialists will apply, including any applicable age restrictions.
Prizes are non-transferable, not cash and cannot be used as on board credit. They can only be used to pay in full or partial payment of a cruise.
Competition is valid for New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania residents only. Excludes ACT, Northern Territory and South Australian residents.
As a condition of entry, entrants must agree to receive mail and/ or email newsletters/ brochures from Cruiseco, The Cruise Specialists and Cruise Passenger.
Prize-winners will be notified by Cruise Passenger via email. They will be notified by 10 July 2020. Results will be published on the Cruise Passenger newsletter within the month of July and on Cruise Passenger’s facebook page. This promotion does not involve a round in which players are eliminated. Prize letter/ prize will be sent to prize-winner within one month of the winner being decided.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
(i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
(ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
(iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(ii) (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition;
(ix) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
