Entries are open to anyone who is an Australian or foreign resident aged 18 years or older, excluding members of the Mater Foundation board, employees, and their immediate families.

Participants can enter by purchasing tickets starting from $2. Tickets are available for sale from 12:01 AM AEST on 18 January 2025 until the closing date.

The first prize is a luxurious Gold Coast prize package valued at a total of $4,585,438, which includes the following:
- A double-storey home located at 15 Bradley Avenue, Miami QLD 4220, with a market value of $4,150,000.
- Styling and furnishings valued at $181,678.
- A Mercedes GLE 300 d 4Matic valued at $153,760.
- $100,000 in cashable gold bullion.
Additionally, transfer duty and legal fees for the home transfer will be covered by the Mater Foundation.

If you purchase multiple tickets as a 'book,' you can qualify for additional prizes based on the number of tickets purchased. The value of the gold bullion awarded increases with the number of tickets:

- $15 Book (10 tickets): $20,000 gold bullion
- $20 Book (15 tickets): $25,000 gold bullion

VIP members are automatically entered into exclusive draws with a total prize value of $145,000, which includes:

- Weekly draws of $1,000 Coles Myer vouchers or Gold Bullion.

How will winners be notified?

Winners will be contacted by phone and registered mail, with results published on the Mater Lotteries website and in The Australian on the day of the draw.

What are the terms regarding the prize home?

Winners will take possession of the property shortly after the draw, but the transfer of title will be contingent upon state land title office procedures. All costs and taxes associated with the property will be the winner’s responsibility from the date of possession.

Are there any fees associated with ticket purchases?

All ticket purchases must be paid in full prior to the closing time to be eligible for the draw. Payments are accepted in Australian currency only.

What happens if a prize remains unclaimed?

If a prize remains unclaimed after the specified time, the Mater Foundation will follow the relevant state laws to redraw or dispose of the prize.
