To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must:
a) Go to The LifeStyle website: www.lifestyle.com.au/sensodyne; and
b) complete an online entry form. Details collected include (but are not limited to) full name, address, phone number and e-mail address. Mandatory details will be indicated on the entry form.
There will be one (1) prize awarded in total, consisting of:
a) $30,000 cash for the Prize Winner, to be deposited directly into the Prize winner’s bank account OR provided as a cheque made out in the name of the Prize Winner and crossed ‘“not-negotiable”;

c) A consultation visit (between 1-2 hours long) at the Prize winner’s own home by Luke Van Dyck (LifeStyle HOME expert), valued at a maximum of $1,000 and subject to clause 14 m(“Prize”).
The total Prize pool value is up to a maximum of $51,046.
