Official Promotion Rules
Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) sponsored by Icebreaker Limited, Level 2, Lot 3 130 Ponsonby Road, Auckland, New Zealand (“Sponsor”). Promotion starts 12:01 a.m. (PST) on 1 July 2016 and ends 11:59 p.m. (PST) on 30 June 2017. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree they are bound by and will comply with these Official Rules.
Eligibility
Promotion open to legal residents of New Zealand and Australia age 18 or older (or over the age of minority in entrant’s state of residence). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent company, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and family members and those residing in the same household of each (individually and collectively, “Related Parties”), are not eligible to win a Promotion prize.
How to Enter
Visit http://www.icebreaker.com/en/signup-to-win/campaign-signup-to-win.html and follow the instructions to enter the Promotion, including by completing an entry form. Limit one entry per person. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor. You may opt-out at any time from receiving further promotional emails from Sponsor by following the instructions in each email or online at http://www.icebreaker.com/en/signup-to-win/campaign-signup-to-win.html.
Prizes
Combined approx. retail value of all Promotion prizes: $6000 NZD. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. EACH WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE. Prize not transferable; no substitutions or exchanges permitted. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one prize per household or address.
For each monthly period commencing on the first day of that month at 12.01am and ending on the last day of that month at 11.59pm, a prize will be drawn from the pool of entrants who entered the Promotion during that period. In each prize period, one prize will be drawn from the pool of entrants resident in Australia, and one prize will be drawn from the pool of entrants resident in the New Zealand.
Winner Selection: Notification:
Sponsor will select prize winners by random drawing from eligible entries within five (5) business days of the end of the relevant week or month at Icebreaker, 309 SW 6thth Ave, 12th Floor, Portland, OR, US. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days, and must follow the instructions contained in the notification to claim a prize. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 21 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor may require winners to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and acceptance of these Official Rules to receive a prize.
Privacy; Name and Likeness Release:
Please see Sponsor’s privacy policy at http://www.icebreaker.com/en/customer-service/privacy-policy/service-privacy-policy.html.Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission to use entrant’s name, city of residence, likeness, and prize information, without limitation, in connection with the Promotion (including as part of the publicly-distributed Promotion winner list) and for Sponsor's promotional purposes without further permission or compensation.

Sponsor and Related Parties are not responsible for any electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind, or any late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries. By entering the Promotion, entrants release Sponsor and Related Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
General
Promotion subject to applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws. Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of New Zealand. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules or terminate the Promotion at any time in order to maintain or improve the fairness or integrity of the Promotion. For example, if viruses, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the security or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor may terminate the Promotion early and award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries submitted prior to such termination. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the Promotion, tamper with the operation of the Promotion or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Promotion or any other entrant (as determined in Sponsor's discretion) are subject to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified from the Promotion. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect.
