These are the terms and conditions for a Fashion Journal giveaway:
By entering the competition, you agree to receive marketing material from Fashion Journal and competition partners.
The competition is only open to Australian residents who are not employees of Fashion Journal or their associated agencies and companies, nor their immediate families.
To enter, you must fill out the form on the competition page, leaving your full name and email, and remain subscribed to the competition’s entrant list until the competition’s close date.
The prize is as specified in the article, and if the winner does not take the prize within three months or at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, and in the event of any prize item being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
Each entrant who has entered the competition over the competition period and registered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws. The winner may be announced on fashionjournal.com.au, and the prize winners will be notified by email/phone within seven days of the draw.
Entrants agree to receive separate communications from Fashion Journal and the promoters, and entrant details will never be made available to any other parties. All other communications will contain an opt-out option.

They will also not be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected mail, any failure of an SMS entry message to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion, or any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
