CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR “Like, Share and Win $500 worth of fuel”. How to enter - For your chance to win $500 worth of fuel simply like the PIRSA (Pilbara Industry Roads Safety Alliance) Facebook page www.facebook.com/pilbaraindustryroadsafetyalliance and share the competition post. The competition will close on 31 March 2015 and the first drawn eligible entry will win.
Conditions of Entry:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. By entering this competition the entrants acknowledge and accept that they agree with the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Western Australian State residents. Employees and immediate family members of the PIRSA and their associated advertising and public relations agencies are ineligible to enter/win.
3. The PIRSA reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry. If an entry/prize winner is disqualified another draw will take place as soon as practicable.
4. The prize is a fuel voucher. The prize is valued at $500.00. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or transferable. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to collect their prize. The prize will be awarded to the parent or guardian of the winner under the age of 18 years.
5. PIRSA shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any liability whatsoever as a result of entering the promotion or winning the prize.
6. The winner will be notified by phone.
7. The prize claimant will need to verify that they are a West Australian resident and are 18 years of age or older.
8. Entrants consent to the publishing of their name and suburb on the PIRSA Facebook page. PIRSA reserves the right to use the winner’s name and photograph for promotional purposes if required.
9. PIRSA’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. PIRSA is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries.
11. If the prize is unclaimed by 30 July 2015 the prize will be forfeited and another draw will take place.
12. PIRSA reserves the right to (a) vary, amend or alter these conditions of entry at any time, or (b) terminate the promotion at any time.
13. If the promotion is terminated it will be notified on the PIRSA Facebook. Entrants must keep themselves informed of any changes to these conditions of entry or the termination of the promotion.
14. All entries become the property of PIRSA. Entry details will not be given to a third party.
