featured in the video to record the child and upload the video created for this promotion;
(b) visit the Sunsuper Facebook Little Dreamers promotion app at www.sunsuperlittledreamers.com.au;
(c) select the ‘Enter Now’ button;
(d) click the ‘allow’ button as prompted to allow the Promoter access to their basic information, and to be directed to the entry form;
(e) input the requested details including their first name, last name, valid email address, suburb, postcode, the name and age of the child appearing in the video and nominate a local club or school of which the child included in the entry is a member or registered participant at the time of entry;
(f) upload the video created;
(g) read and agree to these Terms and Conditions by clicking the relevant tick-box; and
(h) submit the fully completed entry form.
