Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to residents of South Australia and Queensland. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter. Employees (and their immediate families) of Drakes Supermarkets and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
When does the competition close?The competition closes at the close of business or 9:00 PM (local time) on 16 July 2024, whichever occurs first.
How can one enter the competition?To enter, participants must spend $40 or more (excluding tobacco, gift cards, and commission sales such as phone re-charge, dry cleaning, and continuity sales) and purchase a specially marked product in one transaction at any participating Drakes Supermarket in South Australia or Queensland during the promotional period. Entries can be made either:
- Online: Visit www.drakes.com.au/competitions, follow the links, and enter your details as prompted. Entrants must keep an original copy of their receipt as proof of purchase.
- myDrakes App: Automatic entry upon scanning your myDrakes App in an eligible transaction at the register during the promotion.
What are the prizes to be won?The first valid entry drawn will win $5,000 in Drakes Gift Cards.
What is the total prize pool amount?The total prize pool is valued at AU $5,000 RRP.
When will the winners be announced?The national prize draw will take place at Drakes Supermarkets Head Office (Level 1, 159 Henley Beach Road, Torrensville, South Australia 5031) on 17 July 2024 at 1 PM. Winners will be notified by email and telephone and posted online at www.drakes.com.au/competitions within 24 hours of the prize draw being completed.
Important Information:Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value. If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 31 July 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in any media for promotional purposes without remuneration.
