Who can enter the Hisense NRL “Grand Final” Competition?The competition is open to anyone who resides in Australia and is over 18 years of age. Employees of Hisense Australia, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
When does the competition close?The competition commences at 9:00 AM AEDT on 28 February 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 23 March 2025. Hisense reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time.
How can one enter the competition?To enter, participants must submit an online entry on the competition landing page at https://hisense.partnership-hub.com/2025-nrl-season-launch during the competition period. This includes providing full name, mobile number, email address, postcode, completing a short survey, and accepting the Terms and Conditions. Only one entry per person is allowed, and late entries will not be accepted.
What are the prizes available in the competition?The competition has one (1) major prize which includes:
- 1 x 75" U7NAU ULED MiniLED TV valued at $2,999 (ex GST)
- 1 x Hisense 5.1.2 CH Soundbar valued at $599 (ex GST)
- 1 x NRL $250 NRL Shop Voucher valued at $250 (ex GST)
The total prize pool is AUD $3,848 (ex GST) as of the publishing date of the terms and conditions.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If a winner does not respond within 3 months of being notified, they will forfeit their prize. A second chance draw for unclaimed prizes will be held on 18 June 2025 at the same location as the first draw.
How will winners be notified?Winners will be notified by email and telephone on the day of the draw, which takes place at 10:00 AM AEDT on 25 March 2025. The winners' first initial, last name, and postcode will be published on the competition website on 27 March 2025.
What are the terms regarding promotional activity?Winners agree to participate in promotional activities as required by Hisense Australia without remuneration. Their names and details may be used in marketing material without further reference or payment.
Is the prize exchangeable or redeemable for cash?No part of the prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize. If the prizes are unavailable, Hisense may substitute them with items of equal or greater value, subject to agreement from the winners.
Are there any legal disclaimers?Hisense reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time. They are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or use of the prizes. The competition is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
