Who can enter the Deaf Lottery 207?The lottery is open to people who are 18 years or older. Members of the Deaf Connect management committee, Deaf Connect employees, all parties associated with the administration of the draw, and their immediate family members are not eligible for entry.
When can they enter?The lottery begins on 15th May 2023 and the closing date is at 11:59pm (AEST) on 2nd July 2023.
How can they enter?They can enter by purchasing tickets which are priced at AUD $2 each. Tickets are available online in books of various amounts ranging from $2 to $2,000. Entries are accepted if cheque, money order and credit card payments are received by the closing date.
What is the prize they can win and what is the total worth of the prize?The First Prize is worth $800,000 and can be chosen from several options including spending up to $800,000 with Metricon (with a minimum spend of $80,000), up to $700,000 in Gold Bullion, and up to $20,000 in Cash. The exact value of gold bullion and cash will depend on how much the winner chooses to spend of their winnings over the initial deposit. The First Prize must be chosen within 10 days of the Draw date. There are also several other prizes including gift cards for those coming in the 2nd to 110th positions, as well as Early Bird Prize Draw and VIP Supporter Draws.

The results are also published online on the Winners page at www.deaflottery.com.au by 6:00pm AEST 06 July 2023 and in The Advertiser on 13/07/2023.
What if a prize remains unclaimed?If a prize remains unclaimed, the requirements of the applicable state/territory legislation will be followed. Generally, prizes must be kept for the winner for a period ranging from 1 year to 3 years depending on the territory, after which they may be applied to the association's purposes or redrawn.
