The First Prize is worth $800,000 and can be chosen from several options including spending up to $800,000 with Metricon (with a minimum spend of $80,000), up to $700,000 in Gold Bullion, and up to $20,000 in Cash. The exact value of gold bullion and cash will depend on how much the winner chooses to spend of their winnings over the initial deposit. The First Prize must be chosen within 10 days of the Draw date. There are also several other prizes including gift cards for those coming in the 2nd to 110th positions, as well as Early Bird Prize Draw and VIP Supporter Draws.

Deaf Lottery is permitted to sell up to 2,025,000 tickets in this lottery.
How will the results be communicated?
The first Prize winner will be contacted via their supplied phone numbers. All Prize winners are notified by email, phone, or mail. The results are also published online on the Winners page at www.deaflottery.com.au by 6:00pm AEST 06 July 2023 and in The Advertiser on 13/07/2023.
What if a prize remains unclaimed?
If a prize remains unclaimed, the requirements of the applicable state/territory legislation will be followed. Generally, prizes must be kept for the winner for a period ranging from 1 year to 3 years depending on the territory, after which they may be applied to the association's purposes or redrawn.

What is the refund policy?
Tickets in the current Lottery may be returned and cancelled before the close of the Lottery for a full refund of the ticket price. All tickets not returned by the closing date will be valid for the Draw and therefore cannot be refunded. Refunds after the Lottery has been drawn are at the discretion of Deaf Lottery.
